Since assuming management responsibilities at Gulf and Bay Bayside in October 2023, we have received feedback from legacy guests that the new terms introduced were too strict and did not provide guests with the flexibility they required.
Most unit owners within community welcomed the change in policy as it provided them with more financial security. Some owners however have determined the new policy was too restrictive and would prefer we offer reservations with a ‘softer’ cancellation policy. The details of the softer cancellation policy are as follows…
• Deposit required at time of booking – $500 Non-Refundable
• Cooling off period – 3 days
• Balance Due – 90 Days before Arrival Non refundable Once Paid
We have made it a personal commitment of ours to extend this offer to our guests at the request of the Homeowners who have selected this ‘softer’ cancellation policy. Please understand this alternative deposit and cancellation policy only applies to these select few units listed below, as most owners have decided to remain with the policy introduced in 2023.
