An added value is your over sized screened in lanai which offers a teeny peekaboo view of the Intracostal. On your private Lanai, enjoy a meal at your wicker and glass topped table...Enjoy the view of the intracostal and lovely grounds, a cold beverage or dinner after a long day at the beach on the Lanai. Turn the ceiling fan on and relax away.
Your Master bedroom Suite has a King Size Bed, flat screen smart TV with cable TV and wireless Internet. There is a large dresser, bedside tables and a reading chair. The remodeled master bath (2015) has two separate vanities and a private walk in shower as well as a large walk in closet. Walk onto your Lanai thru the sliders off the Master Bedroom.
The Guest bedroom has two double beds, a large dresser, bedside table and 40 inch flat screen with cable. The Guest Bedroom also has a large walk in closet and bath with shower and tub, just across the hall.
