This two bedroom/two bathroom unit is one-of-a-kind. Completely refurnished and painted in 2020. There are ceiling fans in every room and an attached garage and driveway to accommodate two vehicles. The master bedroom has a double pillow top king bed with french doors looking out onto the marina and Intracoastal Waterway. In addition, the unit comes with a Pack n' Play for little ones.
The living room and each bedroom has brand new smart TVs including hundreds of cable channels and all of your favorite live streaming services (using your own subscription account). Additionally, the unit comes with upgraded internet speed, board games, puzzle, books, cards and more for hours of family fun. You will love drinking your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset on the lanai. It is enclosed with glass sliding doors for the perfect breeze throughout the entire unit and watching the dolphins, manatees and boats go by.
At the end of the driveway you will find one of two heated pools, a pool house with fitness center and bathrooms, showers and several gas grills. You will find a second swimming pool and tennis courts near the front entrance of the neighborhood. The unit comes with beach tags for each guest and beach fobs to access the gated entrance. The beach wagon with thick wheels for a smooth ride will hold all of the provided gear you will need for a fun day in the sand - beach chairs, coolers, goggles, buckets, shovels, floats, infant life vest and boogie boards. It also comes with tennis racquets and balls. You can take a short walk north to the public Siesta Key Beach where you will find four lifeguard stations, picnic pavilions, playground, bathrooms and visitor office.
Take the free Siesta Breeze Trolley with a stop at the entrance to the neighborhood. It runs the entire length of the island from Siesta Village to Turtle Beach with convenient pick-up and drop-off along the way. Download the Siesta Key Breeze app for GPS tracking. You can also take a tips-only golf-cart, shuttle or pedi-cab ride to any point on the island making for a care free evening at a restaurant, bar or live-music venue.
Every Sunday, the community comes together for a night of music and dancing. The drum circle on Siesta Key Beach begins one hour before sunset. Dozens of musicians play drums of various size, type, and sound. This is a free, inclusive and family-friendly event. Come as you are!
